Roof Repair
The catch-all. Cracked or missing shingles, split pipe boots around your plumbing vents, nail pops, damaged valleys, and lifted ridge cap. Pipe boots are the single most common leak we find, and they're a cheap fix. Most roof repair jobs we do take a few hours and cost a small fraction of a replacement.
Roof Flashing Repair
Flashing is the metal that seals the spots where your roof meets something else, like a wall, a skylight, or a valley. When water gets in, flashing is usually the reason, not the shingles. Roof flashing repair fixes the seal instead of covering it with sealant and hoping, which is what a lot of quick patch jobs do.
Chimney Flashing Repair
Chimneys leak more than anything else on a house. The metal and the mortar joint that tie the chimney to the roof both fail over time, and a stain on the ceiling near the fireplace is almost always this. Who does roof repair in Branson?

How do I know if I need a repair or a whole new roof?
Three things decide it. How old the roof is, whether the damage is in one spot or spread across whole slopes, and whether the decking underneath is still solid. One bad valley on a twelve year old roof is a repair. Curling and granule loss across the whole south slope on a twenty two year old roof is a different talk. We put the photos in front of you and let you see it yourself.
Where do most roof leaks actually come from?
Not usually the shingles. The usual suspects are split pipe boots around plumbing vents, failed flashing where the roof meets a wall, chimney flashing, clogged or damaged valleys, and lifted ridge cap. That's most of what we chase. All five are repairs, not replacements.
There's a stain on my ceiling but no active drip. Should I worry?
Worth a look, yes. A stain means water got in at some point, and it rarely stops on its own. It could also be old damage from a leak somebody already fixed. A free inspection settles it in about thirty minutes, and finding out it's old news is a perfectly good outcome.
Will a repair mess up my roof warranty?
Usually not, though it depends on the manufacturer and who does the work. A repair done correctly with matching materials is normal maintenance. A bad patch job with the wrong sealant can cause problems. We'll tell you what your specific situation looks like before we touch anything.
How fast can you get out here for a leak?
Emergency roof repair gets same-day or next-day attention during storm season. A person answers the phone in three rings during business hours, and after hours you get a real callback the same day. If it's actively pouring in, say so when you call and we'll move you up.
Should I file an insurance claim for a small repair?
Often no, and we'll say so. If the repair costs less than your deductible, filing gets you nothing and puts a claim on your record. Storm damage across the whole roof is a different situation and worth filing. We'll walk through both and let you decide.
