If you are paying cash, we take a 50% deposit at signing to order materials and hold your spot on the schedule, and the remaining 50% is due when the project is complete. If you are financing, you do not have to put any money down, and all funding is handled by GreenSky.

Start with a free estimate. After you sign, your project manager sets the dates with you on a pre-construction call.

For roofing, gutter, and paint and stain projects, our lead time is always around 2 weeks. For siding, windows and doors, decks and outdoor rooms, we are typically 3 to 4 weeks out, depending on manufacturer lead times for getting materials in.

Weather can move a day, and your project manager tells you plainly if it does. We do not schedule roofs when rain is in the forecast. If one of our famous pop-up showers hits while we are working on a roof, we have tarps and synthetic underlayment ready to dry everything in. We also never tear off more than we can replace the same day.

No. You get a daily text with photos, so you can follow along from work or from out of town.

At your free estimate we confirm which permits and approvals your project needs for your address. Permits and inspections are included in every Sundown deck.

We can provide an approval letter with your colors and products. Check your HOA's rules first, and tell your project manager about them.

The Big Chief Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covers our installation workmanship for as long as you own your home, and it transfers once to the next owner. Manufacturer warranties cover the products.
