We are a family-owned company in Branson that designs, builds and backs complete exterior systems, so you protect your home once and spend your weekends enjoying it.
Our story
Good families were paying for exterior work twice.
I'm Tyler Arnold. I started Big Chief because I kept seeing the same thing across the Ozarks: a roof patched after every storm, siding from the lowest bidder peeling in five years, and a contractor who stopped answering the phone once the check cleared.
So we built a different kind of company. We inspect before we sell. We write one detailed fixed price for your whole project. We use our own trained crews, photograph every layer we cover up, and back our work for as long as you own your home.
We are family-owned, we run the business on our faith, and we give back to the Ozarks every quarter. Everyone is welcome at Big Chief, as a customer or a teammate.
Why the name
A chief is the one who protects the people in their care.
Long before Branson, the Ozarks were the homeland of the Osage, who call themselves the Wah-Zha-Zhi. Big Chief's name and mark are a tribute to the Ozarks' first people and to the idea of a chief as the one who leads and protects.
That is the job we take on for your home: we build to protect it, and we honor the people who knew this land first with more than a logo.

The Free Estimate
A free 30-minute exterior inspection with a photo report grading your roof, gutters, siding, windows and deck as good, watch or fix.

The design visit
Samples, manufacturer visualizers and a category recommendation, then a detailed proposal for your project at your kitchen table.

The proposal
A detailed fixed price for your full scope of work, with several payment options. Permits, disposal and the decking allowance are in writing.

The pre-construction call
Your project manager introduces themselves, confirms colors and schedule, and explains what each day will look like.

Build days
A uniformed crew, property protection, a daily text with photos, and a clean site every night.

The walkthrough
A final inspection together, your Home Passport handed over, and warranties registered.

Check-ins
Free visits at year one and year five, and first call on your next project.
