Decks and outdoor rooms start with a design session and a 3D rendering. Paint starts with a color consultation. We confirm which permits your address needs and prepare the materials and color information an HOA asks for.

Your project manager
Your project manager introduces themselves, walks through the schedule, protects what needs protecting and answers your questions before a crew arrives. After this call, one person is your contact until the end.

Our crew works your project, and you get a daily text with photos. We photograph every hidden layer before it is covered: decking, sheathing, flashing.

We walk the finished project with you, handle the touch-ups and register your warranties. Your Home Passport records the products, colors, photos and warranty details for your home.
