My story
Why I started Big Chief.
I started Big Chief because I kept seeing the same thing across the Ozarks: a roof patched after every storm, siding from the lowest bidder peeling in five years, and a contractor who stopped answering the phone once the check cleared.
So we built a different kind of company. We inspect before we sell. We write one detailed fixed price for your whole project. We use our own trained crews, photograph every layer we cover up, and back our work for as long as you own your home.
We are family-owned, we run the business on our faith, and we give back to the Ozarks every quarter. Everyone is welcome at Big Chief, as a customer or a teammate.

Background.
- Years in the trade
- I have been in the trades since I was a teenager, working alongside my dad. I started Kingdom Krafters in 2021 and sold my part of the company in 2024. We grew it very quickly, but I missed running a smaller, local-roots company, and that is why we started Big Chief in 2024.
- Training and certifications
- TAMKO Platinum contractor and Brava certified installer.
- Local roots
- I graduated from Branson High in 2011, where I played football and ran track for the Pirates. My wife homeschools our kids, and we are all in on the Ozarks and everything it offers families.
- Community
- My family goes to Woodland Hills Family Church. Big Chief gives back to the Ozarks every quarter.
- In the press
- Not much, and that is on purpose. I do not even like social media. I would rather support my team at Big Chief and spend time with my family.
