The three layers
The products carry their makers' warranties, and we register them for you.
Terms vary by product. Your Home Passport lists the exact warranties on your home.
The Big Chief Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covers our installation workmanship for as long as you own your home.
The craftsmanship warranty does not cover weather-related damage, normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects or work performed by other contractors. To make a claim, send us a warranty and service request.
The record that makes the other two layers easy to use: products, colors, photos of hidden layers, registered warranties, permits and approvals.

A free visit to check on your project after its first full year of Ozarks weather.
Includes a free inspection and a free tune-up. Our office staff will automatically reach out as the date gets close to schedule it, if you would like us to come out.
Year 5
Another free visit, plus first call on your next project.
