Which exterior upgrades do Branson buyers notice?
By Tyler Arnold, Owner, Big Chief Exteriors
Buyers form an opinion at the curb. The exterior shows how well a home has been kept, and a documented, finished exterior makes a listing easier to trust.
What buyers see first
The exterior is the first showing.
- The roof: condition, color and any sign of age
- Siding and trim: clean lines, fresh paint, no peeling or soft spots
- The front door and entry
- Windows and doors that open and close well
- The deck or porch: clean, solid and ready for photos
- Gutters and drainage that look and work right
Before you list
Start with a Free Estimate.
A free estimate grades the roof, gutters, siding, windows and deck as good, watch or fix, with photos. You see what matters before you list, and you can decide what to do and what to leave.
We will not promise a sale price or return on any upgrade, because that depends on your home and your market. Talk with your realtor about what suits yours.
For realtors

Realtors can refer a client for a free estimate and a photo report. Every project is documented in a Home Passport, so a buyer can see what was done.
