How the Free Estimate worksThe Home Passport
A listing asset buyers can see.
When a project is finished, the homeowner gets a Home Passport. Add it to the listing packet and a buyer, an inspector or an agent can see exactly what was installed.
- Products and colors. The exact products and colors installed.
- Hidden-layer photos. Photos of what is behind the finish, taken before it was covered.
- Warranties. Manufacturer warranties registered and filed, plus our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty, which transfers once to the next owner.
- Permits and approvals. Permits, inspections and any HOA approval letter kept with the project.
