Who do I deal with?
One project manager, from a pre-construction call through the final walkthrough. You are not passed between crews, sales and the office.
How do I see progress without being there?
Our crews send a daily text with photos, so lake owners get the same updates from anywhere. You can see what was done, what is next and anything that came up.
What about hidden work?
We photograph every hidden layer, like roof decking, wall sheathing and flashing, before it is covered. Those photos go in your Home Passport, which also records colors, products and warranty details, so you can see what is behind the finish without a trip to the house.
Can I approve decisions remotely?
Yes. Design reviews, 3D renderings and color decisions can be handled by phone and email, and metal orders are signed off before anything is ordered. Nothing is ordered or built on a guess.
What happens at the end?
A walkthrough, with a punch list handled by our crew. If you cannot be there, we can walk through with photos and video, and finish the paperwork for your Home Passport and warranty.
