Photos as you go
Hidden layers are photographed before they are covered, and customers get a daily text with photos.
Property protection
Full property protection on every project, and a clean site at the end of every day.
A clean finish
A magnetic nail sweep on every roof and old materials hauled away.
One project manager
A single project manager runs each job and is the customer's one contact, so you always know who to call.
Work we stand behind
Our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covers installation workmanship, so we hold every crew to the same standard.
What you get
A partner, not just a job.
Projects come to you sold, scheduled and managed, with a project manager as the customer's contact, so your crew can focus on the install.
- Paid in full when the job is finished. We pay by direct deposit, weekly.
- Projects assigned to fit you. Our office staff assigns projects based on the areas you would like to work and your availability.
- Materials provided. Big Chief provides all the materials needed to complete the job.
- A path to an in-house crew. Strong partner crews can grow into in-house Big Chief crews. We cover tools, vehicles, insurance, life insurance and a 401(k), so you can focus on craftsmanship with a stronger brand behind you and more security.

Tell us about your crew, your trade and where you work.

We learn about your work and share our standards and expectations.

We vet
We ask for a few references, pictures of your previous work, and copies of your GL insurance and workers comp.

First project
We assign you a smaller first project, do a final walkthrough together to make sure the quality meets our standard, and you are paid the following payday.
