Walk around your home and look from the ground. Do not climb onto your roof. Anything you check, note it down and we can look closer with a free estimate.
Roof, from the ground
- Missing, curled or cracked shingles
- Dark streaks or heavy moss
- Flashing or vents that look loose or rusted
- Granules collecting at the bottom of downspouts
Gutters and downspouts
- Leaves or debris overflowing the gutters
- Water staining or streaks on siding below the gutters
- Gutters pulling away from the house or sagging
