Meet Ozarks homeowners at their homes, help them choose the right exterior system, and guide them from Free Estimate to signed project. This is an outside sales role for motivated, highly competitive people.

Duties
- Meet homeowners at their homes for the free estimate
- Walk through the product lines for each system and help the homeowner choose the right scope
- Explain our pricing and financing so the homeowner knows the monthly payment
- Follow up on proposals and close projects
- Hand each sold project to the project manager for a smooth start
What we look for
- Motivated and highly competitive
- Comfortable meeting homeowners in person
- Honest, friendly and professional in front of customers
Pay range
$40,000 per year base salary.
Base salary plus commission: 5% on self-generated leads and 3% on company-generated leads.
